How we roll 💚

One team, one task. From our offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and from home we work together to reach our goal. Our big, hairy and audacious goal: make digital impact.

How? We aim to be the best in everything we do. There is room to make mistakes, as long as we try to innovate and grow. We believe that our passion and ambition ensure the best possible result for our clients. Special to our way of working is the direct contact with the client. Because we do not work for them, we work with them. We do this agile and following the Scrum method.

It doesn’t matter if you are an intern, newbie or senior, everyone is part of the Label A-team. Whatever happens, we help each other. 50% of your awake state you are working. Therefore, it’s important to enjoy your work. Happiness is key! Other things on top of our priority list are communication, openness and knowledge sharing. Via monthly syncs with your discipline, @heres on Slack, quarterly updates from the MT or campfires about new projects. And English is the way to go here, because besides a lot of different personalities and specialties, our team also consists of members with different nationalities.

We work hard during the day, but after working hours it is time for fun. Hack nights, yoga lessons in the office or bar crawls. Want to try something new? There is always someone that wants to join you. We are critical and honest, but we also take every opportunity to celebrate. We do this during the yearly traditions like the BBQ or the Label A trip, but also during a normal office day after a successful release or the hire of a new colleague. Are you going to be our next reason to party? 🎉

We follow all the measures from the RIVM and because of that our whole recruitment process is now online.
