Junior Front-end Developer

Ready to take your first steps in your career as a Front-end Developer? At Label A, you will be working on custom (web) applications for clients like Rocycle, Van Oord and FIGO. You don't do this alone! You're part of the close-knit Front-end team and work in multidisciplinary teams. Will you join our Front-end team? Read below what you can expect. 

What will you do?

  • You will be working with multidisciplinary teams of Scrum Masters, Back-end, Design, and Mobile. As you can see, no Project Managers. We don't have those at Label A. As a result, you'll be in close contact with the client yourself without an intermediary.
  • You will be working with React, our standard framework for all projects. Besides that, you will work with React Native, NextJS, Gatsby, TypeScript and Styled components. Not much experience yet? No problem, we have enough knowledge to guide you!
  • From day one, you'll be a full member of the Front-end team. We will not throw you in at the deep end because you'll be assigned a buddy who will show you the ropes at Label A and guide you during your first project. 

Who are we looking for?

  • You have completed a relevant college education (CMGT, CMD of Informatica);

  • You have mastered the basics of React;
  • You can show us your skills with some of your projects;
  • Front-end is not only your work, but also a hobby. In your spare time, you are busy with what is going on in the Front-end world, and you are aware of the latest developments.

Everyone is part of the Label A-team! Even though we got an office in Amsterdam and in Rotterdam, all of our 60 A-players are part of one big team.
